Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, $25.00 from each registration is non-refundable per person. Full refunds will be issued up to the day the online pre-registration closes which is 9 days before the event start date (excluding the $25 per person non-refundable). If you need to cancel after the 9th day, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. Unfortunately, Registrations CANNOT be transferred to another event.

There will be no refunds granted for any reason after the cancellations window. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather, etc.
